Kieran Sandwell from Dawlish, Devon was presented with a heart hero award by the British Heart Foundation for helping to raise more than £13,500 for the charity.
Kieran decided to take on the walk to mark his recovery from a heart transplant in 2009. He had been born with a congenital heart defect that caused him to have a heart attack at the age of 13
