The owner of a dog which disappeared from a beach in East Devon has been reunited with her pet after she saw a photograph of her dog being 'manhandled' off a beach in Paignton.

The dog in the video was Pebbles - a young black pug crossed with Jack Russell terrier - and she was instantly recognised by her owner, mum of five Rebecca Marcil from Exmouth.

It took Rebecca another four days to get her beloved family pet safely back home with the help of police who went with her and her husband Nathan to recover Pebbles from Dawlish.

It always seems that the criminals always get treated better than the victims in the UK law system. Don't blur the pic out of that piece of scum and name and shame them. I don't expect its the first dog this filth has nicked, in my opinion.
