Rail services through south Devon were affected by delays because of an emergency services incident this afternoon.

Traffic monitoring service Inrix reports that the incident is taking place at Dawlish Warren.

Cycling along the sea wall and fell off?

Serves them right! Can't they read....... no cycling along the sea wall? 

The British public just love to break the rules i noticed motorhome owners emptying there elsans in Sandy Lane toilets 4 weeks before camp sites opened and running a hose to fill there tanks with fresh water folk just love to bend the rules as far as they can.

What else should we expect? 

Would it be British exceptionalism at work again?
