A PATIENT at a Dawlish mental hospital has admitted starting a fire at his former flat in Exeter which left terrified neighbours trapped in their homes.
Davis is due to be sentenced next week and is likely to receive a hospital order which will result in him remaining at Langdon indefinitely.
