An underage drinker broke an autistic man’s cheekbone when he retaliated against having a soft drink thrown at him outside a convenience store.

Thomas, now aged 18, of Kingsdown Crescent, Dawlish, admitted causing actual bodily harm and was ordered to do 120 hours unpaid community work and go on a thinking skills course by Judge Peter Johnson at Exeter Crown Court.
