The black swans were spotted in a canal in Bude on Monday morning by passerby Neale Smith who regularly walks around the popular seaside town snapping pictures of the wildlife.
The black swans of Dawlish, in Devon, however have been a draw for tourists for decades and the emblematic birds even feature on the town’s welcome sign.
