BBC gardening presenter Toby Buckland explains why a few minutes in nature can really help

Some call it ecotherapy, others know it as the world's oldest medicine.  Whether it's stepping into landscape or cultivating a garden, returning to the real world is so instantly beneficial to human health.

Toby, 49, lives with his wife Lisa, a writer, and their three children in Dawlish - just a stone's throw from Powderham Castle which plays host to the sixth Toby's Garden Festival on May 3 and 4.
