A drunken grandson has been jailed for a 'vicious' and barbaric' attack on his grandparents in which they thought he was going to kill them.

Margrie, aged 26, of Brunswick Place, Dawlish, and formerly of Tweenaways, Buckfastleigh, admitted causing grievous bodily harm to Mr Shannan and actual bodily harm to Mrs Shannan.
