More trains have been cancelled through Devon today as high tides cause problems on the vulnerable main line along the sea wall at Dawlish. The cancellations cover Cross Country services.

Only a few were cancelled, the disruption was kept to a minimum. 4 trains I believe were involved. Nature rules.
Clearly majorp wasn’t affected hence the calvalier attitude. It might have been four trains yesterday but this has been going on for weeks so it’s likely to be four trains at a miimum every srormy day, and we have had a lot of those over the last six weeks. Why Cross Country trains are allowed to run trains not fit for purpose is beyond me! The Voyager trains can not withstand waves on the roof without breaking down so why use them on the Dawlish route? It’s not rocket science just plain common sense.
