There must be ‘something in the water’ as the famous black swans in Dawlish cannot stop breeding – with a record-breaking fourth brood of cygnets having hatched this year,

The trio made their first appearance into the world on November 8 and the Dawlish Waterfowl warden said that the three new cygnets are doing well and can now be seen on the water with mum and dad.
