Another one of the new Hitachi trains destined to go into service through Devon next summer has been spotted speeding along the scenic coastal route - in disguise. The Hitachi IEP 800001, to give it its full name, was spotted by Dawlish Beach on Facebook on Monday, with a video posted on its website dawlishbeach.com for good measure.
