The Government has been accused of failing to deliver on its pledge to protect the region's vulnerable rail links, after ministers admitted the issue is on their "to-do list".
The comments come almost three years after the region's only rail connection to the rest of the UK was washed away by severe winter storms.
The incident cost Devon and Cornwall millions of pounds in lost business, and led to urgent calls for resilience work to protect the track at Dawlish.
