Robert Dobbin, 27, of The Mews, Dawlish, and Anthony Lower, 30, of Lower Kingsdown Road, Teignmouth, walked behind the man along Bank Street before launching the ferocious attack in front of his frightened wife and shocked witnesses.
 

Lower was jailed for two years and three months and Dobbin for two years by Judge Michael Cullum at Exeter Crown Court.
