Newton Abbot Police have warned of males asking for money in the Newton Abbot area, similar to the incidents experienced in Teignmouth and Dawlish.

The males, in their early 20's are giving false stories and stating they require money for a bus/taxi. Stories include, they have recently split from their partner and need money for a bus. They are also knocking on residents' doors.
