NINETEEN more rail passengers have been fined a total of nearly £10,000 in another fare dodging blitz.
The worst hit was 23-year-old Elliott Tucker, of Second Avenue, Dawlish, who was ordered to pay £649.60 after not paying his fare of £5.60 when he was caught in Dawlish having not paid for his ticket.
