A 44-year-old local woman is believed to have fallen to the ground on Millin Way, Dawlish Warren, at around 2am.
She didnt fall, she was intentionally knocked over by a car that followed her taxi and aimed at her, the driver, he has been charged with dangerous driving and GBH and bailed.
