The chain has now closed the restaurant and adjoining hotel but has come under fire for not shutting down immediately after being made aware of it the issue.
Other victims included Sally Gidney, from Dawlish, Devon, and Sarah Fisher, from Exmouth, Devon.
Sally said: "Myself, husband and 87-year-old mother all went to the Toby Carvery.
"All of us had sickness and diarrhoea following the visit, and took us around a week to recover. My mum lost 6lbs. I missed all of Easter."
