Cavanna Homes now employs 102 staff from its headquarters in Nicholson Road, Torquay and has taken-on four apprentices in the past year who will learn their trades from skilled contractors while studying at South Devon College. A further 200 local tradesmen and contractors are currently working on seven new homes developments across Devon including Fusion at Paignton, Kings Field at Kingskerswell, Aspects at Dawlish, Horizon in Budleigh Salterton, Origins in Dartington and 504K and The Boatyard in Plymouth.
