In-a-hurry Devon homebuyers spend 25.5 minutes viewing a property before making a decision - only seven minutes more than they spend buying a new pair of jeans. And the average decision cost per minute for house hunting in Dawlish equates to £9,098. The findings come in a report from Barratt Homes,  which shows that 18 per cent of home buyers admit they made up their mind to buy their current property before they had even seen it in real life.
 

The main reasons people in Dawlish don’t spend longer viewing a property include:

• Pressure from estate agents (named by 26%).

• Uncertainty as to how to arrange a further viewing (24%).

• Lack of time (11%).

Can't find anything in that link that gives any info as to how that survey was undertaken. For example, how many people were surveyed? how were they chosen? what questions were they asked?

And why Dawlish?
