Parents and pet owners are being warned after reports emerged that poison has been put down in parks in Newton Abbot, Dawlish and Exmouth.
Rumours that two dogs have died after visiting a park in Dawlish have sparked concern among the public.
Signs have been put up in Dawlish and Newton Abbot warning of the poisoning. The sign in Newton Abbot states anti-freeze has been poured into puddles in Ben Stedham Woods.
The area that has been affected in Dawlish was the manor park where children & families, plus dog walkers, frequent every day.
