A NEW Flood Warning was issued by the Environment Agency on Friday afternoon.

The warning said flooding was expected for low-lying and exposed communities between Start Point and Dawlish Warren, including Beesands, Torcross, Slapton, Torbay and Dawlish.

It covers the period around high water at approximately 6.30am on Saturday.

Force Six winds from a west-south-west direction are expected, adding to the problems.
