THE British Transport Police is appealing for information to help locate people in relation to six incidents on Devon trains.
Officers would like to speak to the man in photo one about an incident on board a train between Newton Abbot and Dawlish stations on Wednesday, October 30. A revenue inspector on board the train asked a passenger for his ticket but the man became abusive towards him, swearing repeatedly at him before leaving the train at Dawlish.
They are also appealing for help identifying the man in photograph two. They believe he will be able to assist their investigation into an incident on a train between Torquay and Newton Abbot stations on Thursday, September 5. In this incident a passenger swore repeatedly and was abusive towards a member of rail staff who had simply asked the passenger to produce a ticket for the journey.
