The town council have awarded the underwater hockey club £200 towards the cost of taking two junior teams to Rotterdam to the European underwater hockey open tournament to defend the title they won in 2012.

Team South West Junior Underwater Hockey Club has more than 50 members, most from this area.

Dawlish Dancers, formerly Dawlish Divas have also been awarded £200 from the council.
