Emma Kay, the newly appointed Teignmouth and Dawlish Town Centre Development Manager, is settling into her role in encouraging investment, developing new projects, working with the community and supporting enterprise in both towns.

Emma’s  Dawlish office is at Scala House, Lawn Terrace overlooking The Lawn, along with Devon Aspects estate and letting agents, Platinum Plus Healthcare Ltd, ChangesNow therapists and Carl Tate web designer, and she finds this central location very useful for getting out and about meeting the councillors, traders and businesses  in the town. Emma is available by appointment at Scala House so contact her at  emma@teignmouthanddawlishcic.org.uk .
