A play park has been discussed at Dawlish Warren for several years but there has been little progress.
Tourism leaders are keen to press ahead with a feasibility study looking into all aspects of a new park -including the cost which could be as much as £150,000.
One idea would be for a natural, rustic look which would fit in at the Warren, maybe somewhere on the green but as yet there is no exact location, also whether Teignbridge Council will allow use of the land and maintain the park.
Dawlish Warren Tourism members are to attend a council meeting soon to explain their ideas to councillors.

I wonder if this will be the same type of play park promised at Gatehouse Rise and the Paddocks, ie non existent.
