These courses are open to anyone wanting to learn real self-defence or anyone wanting to become a Level 1 certified instructor. To become a certified instructor you must complete all five courses. However, you do not have to take them all in one week, or in order. Each course is approximately 8 hours. You may finish the courses you are not able to take at a future seminar anywhere in the world. Price is £125 per day for each course and person. This course is limited to a max. of 22 persons. You can signup for the individual courses.
