Dog Abandoned in Dawlish

Scruffy was found abandoned in the Luscombe Hill area of Dawlish. He was dumped from a white panelled van late afternoon on the 12th April.
He was in a very poor state with sores on his back and sides, he is healing nicely now with the care of the RSPCA.
