THE Military Wives are set to march to the top of the Christmas charts this weekend — and their single has been flying off the shelves of South Devon.

The song features reluctant star Michelle Van Crugton. Her husband, Lee, was born in Dawlish and her family still live there, as well as in Newton Abbot.

They have been eagerly watching Michelle's rise to fame with The Military Wives Choir, who featured in the BBC Two television programme The Choir.
