A member of the public spotted a carrier bag moving on the beach at Dawlish Warren. When they untied the bag they found a three-month-old kitten inside.
The kitten is now been cared for at the RSPCA Little Valley Animal Shelter Exeter, and is healthy but was traumatised by its experience.
