A Dawlish man and two boys from Teignmouth age 16 and 17 have appeared in court accused of 'physically and mentally' torturing a cat.
It is alleged the one-year-old cat was put in a microwave oven, tumble dryer and freezer.
The case was adjourned until October 8th.
The cat is being cared for by the RSPCA.
