Drinking den set up in Starcross

A Teignbridge village is being used as a drinking den by youngsters.
Complaints have been made at a recent police surgery run by a community support officer at a Starcross charity shop.
Apparently the youngster's have being downing alcohol around the planter outside Starcross Bowling Club and leaving a trail of rubbish and broken glass.
