Businesses closed by flash floods

Fire crews have been pumping several feet of water from the basements of businesses and homes in the Torbay area as torrential rain caused flash flooding in Dawlish and other parts of Devon today.
Affected areas include Dawlish, Torquay, Paignton, Brixham and Kingswear. This has resulted in the closure of some businesses.
