Arrest made after woman dies in crash

Police have arrested a 25-year-old man from Dawlish on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving following a fatal collision at Ideford on Friday afternoon on the 10th August 2007.
The collision, which involved two vehicles, occurred shortly after 2pm, and left a woman dead at the scene.
She was a passenger in a Mercedes car which was in collision with a Ford Transit van. The male driver is in the Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital, though the seriousness of his injuries are unknown.
