One in five pubs currently serving food will shut down their kitchens when the ban on smoking in food pubs is finally introduced.The government intends to give England's pub managers an unappetizing choice: Ban smoking or stop serving food.But Vicki Sinclair of the South Devon Inn at Dawlish, in southwestern England, will stop serving food once the rules take effect.She relies on her regulars for revenue, she said, and most of them are smokers."I feel angry because we are being dictated to," she said. "It would have been nice to have had a choice."
