I too looked on Zoopla, which suggested that it was last sold in 2001. However I bow to your inside knowledge - apologies. Still doubt that that there'd be much impact on its selling price.

That's over £675,000 more than the current owners paid for the property just 14 years ago. I'm sure that there's little need to feel sorry for the owners...

Had a wander during the weekend around the new developments that have sprung up around the Secmation Lane area.  I don't understand why some people think that there isn't the demand for housing in Dawlish - judging by the number of properties there that are occupied / sold / reserved, it's no wonder that farmers are selling their land to developers.  And yes, it does appear to be a healthy mix of ...

I think that it had been confirmed that the SANGS provision had to be in place before the first home was occupied? Not when the first sod was cut. I find it utterly despicable, though totally typical of him, that FredBassett believes that the only people who need affordable homes are problem families or hardworking legal immigrants.  Plenty of people who don't have derogatory labels ...

I did laugh at his advert in today's Gazette. So he's going to continue to campaign for green spaces. Especially for the field next to the big fat home that he lives in... I bet his UKIP friends don't like brownfield sites...

So do you not think that those improvements are going to benefit Dawlish residents who work in Exeter and travel there by road? Despite you not mentioning it, I assume that you're pleased about the percentage of affordable homes included? Not everyone is lucky enough to be able to move to Dawlish and pay top whack in the expensive part of town... If you think that £172K can't be spent on ...
