@From The Grave - i feel i must correct you, the toilets were closed before 2016 with porta-loos placed outside the closed w.c's. the w.c's have been reopened, but a far reduced facility than was originally there. Still no change in the status of this phantom cycle hire buisiness, why couldn't Breaking Wind be allowed to open it. At least he would make a go of it. Considering this dates back to 2014. Anyone got any info on this one?

If the lack of U.K. Government intervention in the V.A.G's emmision cheat fiasco is anything to go by I wouldn't hold your breath for any actions being taken short or long term in relation to these court case decisions.

Seems a shame the flowers in the baskets fixed to the two bridges in town have not been watered in a while and are wilting away.

Not exactly breaking news considering the theft took place on the 10th March. I did not realise that Dawlish News is a monthy rag.
