The only reason it cost the taxpayer is because authorities do not take the time and trouble to get things right in the first place, so dont blame the public for spotting their mistakes.
It would be a good idea for the couch solicitors to check out the TSRGD on line and see for themselves the lawful signs and lines.
How can you be in the wrong it you are not breaking the law? Please dont use the usual answer about technicalities, as there are none in law.
