On the coast between Dawlish and Teignmouth there are two rock stacks that have been known for nearly 175 years as the Parson and the Clerk – though they have been significantly damaged by the weather and waves over the decades. TEIGNBRIDGE District Council’s finances have been boosted by better-than-expected income from recycling.
