@Lynne - lack of police resources - city of london! Premier league football matches. The only lack of police resources is feet on the street, go to any area of the country and see inspectors and above ranks lording it up in herds.

There needs to be an external investigation into how this playpark fiasco has been dealt with by the local council. The project smells worse than road kill in the summer sun..obviously only my own opinion, writtten without prejudice, e&e.o, etc, etc...no intention was made to hurt anyone's feelings in posting this opinion, no animals, unicorns, trolls, etc were hurt in the making of this opinion.
