Three areas in Devon, Dartmouth , Torquay and Teignmouth all saw reductions in house prices. Despite these house price reductions, other areas in Devon such as Dawlish and Salcombe are thriving with increases of up to £20k on homes. Dawlish had the highest increase of 7% while Salcombe had a 4.4% rise.

A SEAL pup found washed up on a Dawlish beach is doing well, rescuers have confirmed. The small seal was found. Stressed and underweight, at Coryton Beach 10 days ago.
