The Mayor of Dawlish was the special guest at the launch of the new show homes at Taylor Wimpey’s Brook Vale development month. Cllr Lin Goodman-Bradbury visited the new community on Friday 11th October to officially open the two show homes before the first customers got the chance to look around.

FUNDING has been secured to create and oral history and community celebration about Dancing in Dawlish. Memories of dancing in the heyday of the 1940s to 1960s seaside music scene are the focus of the new oral history project and community event that has been launched with government funding to the tune of £14,730 from the UK Shared Prosperity Fund.
