I had hoped that my discussion topic would have attracted a swift response from those who has used the bandstand project as platform from which to brutally criticise the performance of some Town Councillors and also demand resignations. It would appear that the objectors are just full of hiss and importance and have now faded into the background.
Whilst appreciating that the bid to the CCF has not been approved for a replacement bandstand etc it did at least if nothing else raise awareness amonst the residents of Dawlish and highlighted a desire to move forward with a replacement bandstand. Where do we go from here? I have a suggestion; perhaps those who via this website and also via the letters page of the Dawlish Gazette ...
Margaret Swift Yes you are correct the usual suspects are back to their bullying ways, looking for signs of weakness and then focusing the cross hairs on their next victim,
Burneside (Councillor Swift's Brother?) I find it rather suprising that you continue to be so unpleasantly outspoken about Dawlish Town Councils' business, are you openly as critical of your local Councillors in London. 'Your'
Burneside Scrutiny? I think it goes beyond that, your posts indicate a focused, viscious vendetta towards a Town Councillor, perhaps you will put yourself forward for election as a Town Councillor next year, the people of Dawlish would doubtless benefit from from great wisdom.
