@neilh . the cold war was a myth!!!!!!? You obviously never travelled the Berlin Corridor or saw that rather big wall going through the middle of the city. Or saw the Russian 3rd Shock Army lined up on the border. Or remember the Cuban Missile Crisis, the Vietnam War, Korea? All a myth was it. And Mo Mowlam, who did a great job in N. Ireland - no none can say different, would ...
Freeing the Falkland Islanders from dictatorial invasion. Not negotiating with terrorists (see Iranian Emassy Seige, IRA/INLA Hunger Strikers) even though 2 of your closest friends had been murdered. The Brighton Bombing but Tory Conference continuing on time the next day. Victory in the Cold War without nukes (sorry any communists out there - you wouldn't like that would you?) together with ...
So Michael, seeing as the Labour Party is now 'Right Wing', who do you vote for?
Michael you are an extremist who I have no time for. I voted Labour in 2001 - at least that's what it said on the card! I note you still haven't said who you vote for - or do you not take up your constitutional right and remain one of the many who spouts lots but doesn't vote?

You are a 'political' campaigner (if political encapsulates your views!) and you should be banned by the Admin of this site. What you are doing does not contribute in any meaningful way to our debates. In fact I think you have issues which need to be sorted in places other then here.
I'm sure you can work that out for yourself! I've given you enough info about me so come clean then - what are your voting preferences or are you a bit shy about that?
I work in social housing for older people. You made statements - you didn't ask questions which required a response. I don't agree with your statements but feel that a debate with you is pointless. I therefore did not respond previously.
Nope. UKIP last time if it makes any difference and Libdem before that...and Labour before that! Why?
I get the impression that it's not so much the Tories or New Labour that irks you Michael but rather the economic system i.e. capitalism. I don't know of another workable system though - certainly not communism as has been (and can be) seen in countries that went that way. Far less workable would be some kind of Nationalist Communism which you appear to be expounding. I'm probably wrong but ...
