Just think that by the time they have completed all of these houses that the A379 will be worse than the M25 for Jams around Starcross and Kenton. Or are we going to get a new dual carrigeway to link Dawlish to Exeter?

All of the land that is now having planning outlined is green belt but has been identified as available for development by Teignbridge council in 2010. The company Shutterton Park Ltd is not registered with Companies House yet so no way of tracing who is behind it.
