I could ask TDC environmental health to investigate, but it would be good to hear (By private message preferably) from anyone with some definite information, not speculation
Is anyone actually living there now?
Got home from a dog walk today to find a message from District Cllr Gribble promising to take this up with his officers on Monday. Given that he lives in Bovey Tracey, I can understand that he may not have been in Dawlish and seen the problems first hand, so it's good that Flo has stimulated this investigation.
Also written as promised Flo. Will let you know what I hear back
Just to reassure anyone who is worried People benefiting from locally funded travel concessions will also be required to pay Local Council Tax and there are a mass of regulations that restrict the ability of immigrants to access any reduction in their council tax. On the following ...

I remember that recomendations were brought back to a meeting of the full working party, and that I voted to accept their proposal. I think on balance the right decision was made. The lamp posts ...
Bernard For what its worth, I agree that the banners are difficult to read at that height. Apparently the design of the lamp posts make it impossible for banners to be hung any lower, or for longer banners to be hung from the existing fixings I have suggested that when they come up for renewal it might be better for them to be designed with block colours and an abstact design. ...
