LN. It's the orchard on the left hand bend after the harbour and towards Starcross. I've no idea who owns it, and frankly don't care.
Just seen that it's all clear. I'm surprised that those who moaned about the temporary inconvenience haven't piled in to offer their thanks on here...
It's only £10 to park at the orchard field at Cockwood harbour. Much nearer and obviously much cheaper.

Is that not the Strand in Starcross rather than the Strand in Dawlish? If Dawlish for some reason, then that makes no sense. If Starcross, then I'm sure the few businesses there won't be too bothered as the extra footfall will make up for it.
