DEVON and Cornwall Police have launched an urgent appeal to find a missing Dawlish girl. 13-year-old Kayleigh Forte has been reported missing from her home in Dawlish. She is a white female, around 5'3" tall, of medium build with long dark brown hair and wearing a hat, hoodie and tracksuit bottoms.

A MAN has been sentenced following a violent attack at a charity fundraiser in Dawlish. The attack which left a victim needing life-changing surgery saw Daniel Smith pleading guilty to wounding.

Resilience work on the cliffs between Dawlish and Holcombe to help protect the vital South West main line rail link has now been successfully completed. A STUDENT from Dawlish has been recognised by the University of Worcester for her outstanding academic achievements. Maya Goldsworthy was awarded with the LLB Prize for Academic Achievement, recognising her outstanding work throughout the 2023/24 academic year.
