Developers have appealed against the refusal of plans for three new luxury homes that were turned down after councillors raised serious concerns about the possibility of the Dawlish railway line being cut off again for months. and another thing that I don't understand about the figures is this; we keep being told that 680 residents responded. But where has this 680 figure come from? I ask because if you add up the number of responses to question 1, question 2 and question 3 (see my post dated 22.9.17 @ 15.44) then the numbers are 571, 551 and 561 respectively.

According to Devon CC meetings they are currently planning to get rid of on street free limited waiting places county wide and replace them with pay and display places. Why would they do this other than to raise revenue? Using parking regulations to raise revenue is not lawful according to Justice Lang. Search the court case Attfied v Barnet.
