When I was working on night shift down at the Warren on one of the caravan sites. There was a prolific peeping tom that frequented the caravan sites of an evening who camped in the woods. It's out of holiday season, but he may be making an early start for next year.
Now they are digging the same pavements up that had the slurry poured on them last month !
Thanks ZIGGY, I happened to come across the thread detailing the possible routes, although it seems that those in charge, have said the link between Teignmouth and Newton Abbot is a higher priority than the link between Dawlish and Teignmouth.
After reading the above link, I had to laugh where it states 'funding options for two VITAL cycle links in Teignbridge are being explored' To state that this pet project is vital is laughable in a sad way. There are no significant cut backs in the Square Mile or for those that run it. The cut backs everywhere else are to fund Westminster and the cronies who run it, to maintain their customary opulent lifestyle and future pensions.
Unless this vehicle is diplaying a blue badge. couldn't see one. I see no reason why they should, block an entire pavement, access point and tactile pavement for the blind/poor sighted. The number of times over the years I have had to walk round vehicles that have all parked in the same exact position. Am I missing something? is this a secret parking space for the privileged?
What gets under my skin is the amount of money and benefits these people get paid relative to the average wage of the area. Also with no relation to the level at which they perform. In some instances around the country certain highly paid council employess who have been found to have been less than competent get huge pay outs when they are requested to leave.
