Police are appealing for witnesses and anyone with information to come forward after an attempted burglary in the Dawlish South area of the town. The incident, in which offenders gained entry to a property along West Cliff Road and smashed a number of large windows, happened at around 2:15pm on Wednesday 10th May. A tourist has admitted taking part in a robbery in which a Dawlish shop manager was allegedly sprayed with a noxious substance.
